The data collected by the App is solely for the purpose of providing analytics and personalized services to the user. No data is sent off-device to us, and we do not share this data with any third parties.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to the App. Inaccurate information may lead to incorrect analytics and results.

b. Confidentiality

You agree to keep your login credentials (pin) and any other sensitive information related to the App confidential. You are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to software, are the property of the App.

b. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal or educational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

a. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

b. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Colton Williams or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
