Colton Williams (“we” or “us”) operates Smash Stash mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users (the “Users”) of the App.

1. Information Collection and Use

The App does not collect any personal information from Users. All data generated or entered by Users is stored locally on the device with the option for the User to export it themselves. Purchase and purchase history is collected and used for app functionality and analytics, if the User makes any in-app purchases.

2. Data Storage

Any data generated or entered by Users, including but not limited to text, statistics, or other content, is stored locally on the User’s device. Data stored locally uses industry-standard encryption, while file exports are not encrypted which the User is made aware of before exporting. Backups made to iCloud use iCloud’s standard encryption for app files. However, any person with access to the User’s iCloud account may be able to see User data without a pin. We do not have access to nor store any User generated data.

3. Security

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. All User generated data is encrypted and stored locally, with the addition of a User made pin. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
